Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
At HM LEAN ENTERPRISE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival;
- The product significantly differs from its description.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hmleanwork@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, relevant details, and photos (if applicable) of the defective or damaged item. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
3. Return or Exchange Processing
Returns or exchanges will typically be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product or request. If the return or exchange is approved, the replacement product will be sent, or an exchange will be made. Please note that some payment providers may require additional time to process exchanges.
4. Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer (except for defects);
- Requests made after the 7-day period from receiving the product;
- Custom-made or personalized products.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product), HM LEAN ENTERPRISE will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
